December 24, 2016 - The wine looks violet colored. The legs are fast. There is moderate sediment in the bottle. It smells like black pepper, clove, cedar, vanilla, raspberry, rose, cherry and oak. It tastes like raspberry, cherry, medium toast, oak, vanilla, cedar and rose. The body is medium. The wine has satin-like texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity. An unbelievable wine, truly a gem that was beautifully aromatic and wonderfully long lasting.
