  November 20, 2009 - Excellent bottle and the best I have tasted from Lede. Tasted side by side with a 1999 Pride and this got a slight edge. Everything was in balance with a solid fruit foundation that was well integrated with the tannins and acid. Pleasant finish but with just a little edge.

  March 27, 2009 - Nice color, a bit lighter than typical Cab. Pleasant nose of currant, and spice. Not quite heavy bodied but still a significant mouth feel. The oak is very well integrated and nicely complements the other features of the wine. The wines weakest point is the finish, not as smooth as one would expect on the front end. Would probably not buy again at the price point, there is serious competition in this price range.

  September 5, 2008 - Consistent with previous note, but this one had a little heat on the back end that I previously did not pick up. My father-in-law thought it was tannic, but not to my taste. A rich, lush style.
