  Yellow to straw in color. No signs of gas or sediment. Looks young. Tropical melon and ripe apple on the nose. Fruit driven, even tutti frutti. Showing a hint of mineral as well on the nose. Pop rock of acidity on the palate dry with medium body and high acidity. More floral and some hints of phenolic bitterness.
  
  I guessed Albarino blind, just goes to show I do not drink enough PG to know what it taste like! This was lighter in body and fresher than the Santa Margarita, I preferred this, but both have a place

  June 10, 2018 - Simple and pleasant. Paired well with a beautiful shaved salad of proscittu de parma, honeydew melon, parmigano reggiano, pea tendrils and edible flowers

  May 22, 2018 - Very light. Too light. Just a small citrus splash on the tongue and it's gone.

  April 29, 2018 - Pear on nose with no acid this year. Plum up front with a pleasant short to medium mineral finish - a very short citrus note between these two. Enjoyable.

  March 5, 2018 - Leaking screw top. Wasn’t sure how much it affected the quality. Drank it mixed with Sunkist. Not too shabby.
