December 18, 2018 - Morgon encore très jeune dont le profil reste actuellement assez fermé.
Peu aromatique et discret, on y devine un gamay qui sera assez confit dans le futur sur une trame tannique très légèrement cendrée.
Bien, et il a besoin de temps pour se délier...

Un beau BoJo, pas mal de vin pour ce prix.
Simple et digeste, pas mal de fruit avec une belle
fraicheur. Cerises et poivre blanc sur une finale sans
accroc, bien aimé! -

February 2, 2018 - My first Cote du Py wine. Again has some basalt in its low key raspberry, leather, strawberry and earth aromas. Its medium bodied a bit chunky, restrained and crunchy blue and red fruits with basalt hints palate has good acidity. Ends medium long and refreshing with fine tannin. 13.5%. Needs 2 hours aeration and or 1-2 years laying down. Improves and broadens out on days two and three.
