July 1, 2022 - Dinner at Restaurant 273 (Oudegracht, Utrecht): Lovely light petrol nose, white peach, citrus, lime, herbs. Medium+ acidity, long finish

palate is tart and fresh, and persistant, still a baby but what a great start !

June 13, 2020 - Hard to imagine an Austrian Riesling being much better. Nose of mostly peach with a little lime. Palate was ripe but also full of minerality. Somewhere in there I thought I found some cumin too, but maybe that was lingering from dinner. Paired so well with both a goat cheese start and an Indian red lentil dish.
