February 12, 2023 - Opened this at Gary's. We had the Spanish red prawns, Alaskan King Crab, duck liver, homemade cream-based tagliatelle, seabass, wagyu and pistachio parfait.
Deep gold in colour. Beautiful aromatics of white elder flowers on the nose. On the palate the fresh citrus was a hit; orange peel, fresh lemons, granny smith apples was quite overwhelming.
Energy, acidity and minerality were all available in abundant. Delicately balanced and wonderfully assisted by a well crafted structure.
An awesome wine. Slightly overpowered the food we had for the evening. Nevertheless, a wonderful experience we had with this drink. -

November 29, 2021 - Opened this at Famous Treasure over lunch with a very close ex-colleague.
Pale gold in colour. Notes of citrus (think lemon, orange peel, fresh green apples) and minerals were delicately balanced. A touch of cream in the aftertaste.
When drinking this wine, do not expect energy, power or the wow factor. Instead, look out for the subtle notes and hints and be amazed and impressed by how well crafted this wine is. -

September 20, 2018 - no formal notes -- but I admired this wine for it energy and personality, which included strong acidity and minerality and also a pronounced bitter complexity. i think i am fond of this producer.
