August 17, 2017 - Undisclosed blend of white grapes, "from the sunny south of France", with a very digestible 11.5% ABV. Initially a bit reductive, but otherwise the wine is "très sympa", with nice flavours of apple and pear, and a hint of pineapple. Attractive minerality on the nose, ripe but fresh acidity and an adequate finish. As a good friend of mine might say: "I've had worse".
