July 6, 2021 - Nose of wild blackberry, figs, and menthol. Plum fruit with raisin notes and lots of minerals and earth, adding a sweet mint note as it moved into a dry finish of black cherry and earth.

February 2, 2019 - An explosion of dark fruit, wrapped in dark chocolate. Sixty-five percent cacao, 100% tasty. Opened with an air of green pepper, but that faded pretty quickly. Starred alongside judión beans, chorizo and baby kale. Caldo Gallego. Sorta. At any rate, thank you Mr. Jordan for an exquisite pairing.
