Community Tasting Notes 1

May 23, 2020 - This is a white wine from Tramonti in the Campania region, a subzone of the Amalfi Coast. It’s a blend made with Falanghina, ginestra and Pepella. These are indigenous grapes from the Amalfi Coast region. The wine is yellow straw with golden highlights. It shows an above average viscosity (13.5% abv). The nose is very subtle with notes of jasmine, white stone fruits and almonds. The palate confirms the nose with a good electric acidity and full body and a very good perstince with a strong minerality and almonds. A perfect pairing with fried cod or any fish dish. PM:90
