  March 25, 2017 - Surprisingly good wine for its pedigree. Well developed and balanced, solid acidity as a backbone to circus and ever so slight tropical fruits. Punched above its weight for sure. Glad i have one bottle left, but not for long...

On the nose, somewhat less smoky and more generous in the ripe orchard fruit department (especially peach) than the Tessons; it too underplays "Meursault" as a madrigal instead of a brass band. Again strikingly mineral and floral in the mouth, with moderate density and richness and a good lashing of acid that supports a long, graceful finish.
