February 8, 2021 - Still pale. This is just so subtle. no hint of alcohol. The nose is almost more herbal that broad. The palate is fine and understated. Stylistically a finessed interpretation of Condrieu.

October 23, 2020 - Lovely peach, pear, some ground up ginger root. Medium acidity, lively energy, also a hint of waxiness and a mineral streak on the finish. Young but in a good drinking spot.

August 31, 2020 - Still shy on the nose when cold but opens up as the wine warmed up. Very much like the previous bottle about a year ago. Flowers and peach nose with slate note. Touch of fruit sweetness on the palate with good balance and finish. Almost not sign of further aging. Very enjoyable once it warmed up.

July 6, 2020 - Following my note from last September, this wine still seems to be developing relatively quickly, and while delicious, lacks the flamboyance and concentration of the best.

May 16, 2020 - This seemed better than prior (which was good) as the nose has developed even better aromatics; jasmine, ginger, lovely peach blossom and ripe pear, a hint of almond and a bitter note like peach pit. The palate still shows quite nicely with very good energy, a bit more depth, and a luscious finish. Really enjoyable.
