January 26, 2018 - Bright on the nose, somehow reminding a good Alsace Pinot Noir, more than a Burgundian one. Red cherries, raspberries, strawberries and hints of cinnamon. The wine is aged on big casks, so oak influence is minimal.
Vibrant in the mouth, with fresh acidity, but also good tannins and some weight. Very nice and good value.
