January 7, 2008 - Blueberry notes, smooth, tannic finish. Slight vinegar note when first opened, better with a little time to open. Very drinkable.

August 8, 2007 - Very dark in the glass. Cherry and blueberry notes, pepper and tannins on the finish. Full-bodied fruit. Nice. It was fine with smoked pork shoulder, probably best with beef.
