August 1, 2023 - Primary/secondary and very delicious. No detailed notes and frankly I don't remember exactly where I had it but it was within a month of Aug 1 I am pretty sure. Drink or hold for at least 5 and potentially 10 years.

October 25, 2021 - Aroma of ripe red fruits and herbs de provence. The palate is gloriously juicy, with plenty of ripe, crunchy cherry and blackberry fruit overlaid with resiny rosemary notes leading into resolved tannins and a surprisingly high acidity. Oak influence is minimal. Irresistible. Wish I had gotten more.

October 16, 2021 - Half hour of decanting. Red fruit, rosemary and vanilla on the nose. The tannins are well integrated and the acidity makes this an excellent food pairing wine. Beautifully balanced.
