January 27, 2019 - Cork was dried out and broke (probably due to poor storage in the wine store), but the wine was still great.

January 23, 2019 - Deep extraction. Smoky. Great with food. Pepper finish. Layers of dark and spicy stewed fruit without being a fruit bomb. Full mouth feel. Long finish.
