February 2, 2024 - Small dinner with friends old and new (Heirloom Café): Lovely opener (and closer) - someone said cold apple pie and I get it. Maybe a little fresher than the last one - certainly no hint that it needs drinking up.

January 19, 2024 - Golden / yellow colour. Slight oxidative character, some baked apple and croissant flavours, big on the palate.This is really excellent - and the (non wine geek) crowd loved it.

November 25, 2023 - Finding its post disgorgement feet. Some real leesy maturity here. Some grated ginger, a lemony backbone and just a suggestion of Biscoff crumb. Very good stuff.
