June 13, 2023 - This shows its AVA handsomely. Dark and brooding fruit, almost exotic, with tannins softened since first released. Pipe tobacco and spice notes. As it opened up, it became more and more pleasurable. Unfortunately my only bottle. Looking forward to other Cristom wines in my collection.

April 6, 2023 - Last bottle. Still fresh and vibrant. Wine is in a great window right now. Might have more time but this is really good right now.

July 26, 2022 - some stain up the cork; light as a feather and reticent on p/p; opens up on day two with ripe strawberry/cherry, earth, some herb, wood; clean citric acid and tannins on the finish; good food wine, but never quite clicked for me

March 20, 2022 - Ready to drink! Perfect blend of dark cherry, suttle spice and beautiful oak finish. Absolutely delicious!!
