October 3, 2023 - Very dark red color. Opened at 9am and tasted, recorked for dinner at 6pm. This was in a really nice place. The nose is pretty with earth, dried spice, cassis, blueberry, gravel and touched of violets. The palate is medium plus bodied and shows a nice finesse, cassis, black cherry, red berry with blue fruit under pinnings, mint, gravel, dried earth, and fine grained evolved tannins, good intensity and harmony and nice length. I was afraid this might be still a little too young., but it was excellent and had just enough air to shine.

June 29, 2023 - Classic sweet raspberry fruit of Figeac. Still primary, Great structure, still young but drinking well, Will improve over the next decade.

April 14, 2023 - Put me in the camp of people who liked it more than A. The fruit's still very dark and youthful here, but everything else reminds me of a '79 Bordeaux (one of my favorite vintages) with the degree to which the acidity contributes to the structure, and the brighter, refreshing green elements on the nose. Very pretty wine and I'd love to see how this evolves.
