  September 15, 2022 - Great Georgia's Paddock. Plums, blackberries and graphite. Medium to full bodied. Will cellar for a lot longer, but lots of pleasure now.

  August 28, 2022 - Tastes like, drinks like, the premium wine that it is.Plums and graphite, with a bit of wet slate, on the nose. More plums, with a supporting cast of blackberries, on the palate. Tannins have softened, acidity is beautifully balanced by fruit sweetness.
  
  I normally don't drink Georgia's Paddock this young. I'm glad I have, though I would not be in a rush to drink it. It's drinking beautifully now, but will improve or hold for many, many years.
  
  Highly recommended. Too late to buy, but if you see it on a wine list, you should be on it like a fat kid on a cup cake.

  June 24, 2019 - Quite amazing structure to the wine - certainly built to last and probably drunk too young. I did find it a bit hot and confectionary though, but i did enjoy its flavour profile - lots of forest berries, fennel, chocolate. It certainly divided the room on its quality and drinkability. It’s a wine id like to try with 10 years+ on it, but that I don’t necessarily want to invest in.
