November 22, 2017 - Youthful and intense, succulent yellow fruit and spice, fresh and ripe, bright yet rich, lovely oval shape, attractive herbaceous bitters, white pepper, good length. Clean as a whistle. An excellent combination with some great sushi at restaurant Yamazato *, Amsterdam, NL.
