  April 11, 2022 - Light ruby color; restrained nose with some decent notes of red fruit. Medium bodied wine, short finish. Probably 2-3 more years ahead. Does not reach the level of Mondavi‘s Cabernet.

  May 29, 2019 - Purplish ruby in color. Aromas of blue, black, and dark red fruits, licorice, walnut, chocolate, cedar, and orange peel. Medium body, acid, and finish, with flavors of dark and dark red fruits, mineral, and spice. Some drying tannins at play, but drinking fine w/ food. This was a leftover from a family gathering and I don't have any others, but if I did, I might sit on them for a year or two, based on this bottle. Overall, not bad; worked well w/ bbq chicken.

  February 25, 2018 - Day 1...super tight and non expressive nose and palate. Day 2...better...opened up enough to make it quaffable...this will be good but so tightly wound it needs decent cellar time...stash it for a while.
