May 26, 2022 - A private dinner (Restaurant Waldhotel Sonnora ***, Wittlich/Dreis, Germany): From a very warm site in Biebelhausen. Creamy, yeasty, hint of tropical fruit, rounded and rich for a Saar GG, ripe but fresh acidity, beautifully clean finish with a hint of candy sugar.

December 19, 2021 - Interesting - but don't think it's ready, really. Marine, chalky, vaguely tropical at first and then more floral, with lots of intensity and decent persistence but not a great deal of amplitude. Still quite tight and linear even after it had been open for five hours.

July 24, 2021 - deep golden colored / nose: intense, peach, pineapple, red apple, honey, little smoke / palate: high acidity, medium bodied, very good length, lime, apple, little saltiness and caramel / glass I used: Zalto Universal / overall: An excellent GG which is at the beginning of the drinking window. 8,5/10 (special plus for complexity)
