Community Tasting Notes 3

June 11, 2019 - Blind tasting. Nose quite shy and reducted, of grenadine, pine apple, purple anemone hortensis of provence. Mouth so fresh, perhaps a bit closed, but so balanced. Mouth distinguised, shy rhubard, and perhaps melon juice. Mostly structed by freshness and unspecific white spices. Coup de cœur. A heart hide in a shell. Well done in the coocked south vineyards.

June 11, 2019 - Again no formal notes taken and perhaps it was served too cold but either way it did not taste like the same wine I drank in the restaurant!! Still very tasty but this was duller and did not have the amplitude. Perhaps a case of Natural wine erratics??

December 16, 2018 - No formal notes taken. From memory. Inviting golden hues. Probably from a hint of oxidization which gives some gentle supple quince like nuances on the palate which is incredibly balanced. Stunning and balanced - like a cross between a Grosses Gewachs Riesling and a Grand Cru Burgundy. Ample but not rich, fresh but not acidic. Wow!! Drink now or hold one or two years. I don't normally like whites the following day but it was delicious on Day 2 from a largely polished off bottle. Worth seeking out.
