    January 8, 2024 - Now fully mature and drinking beautifully. Very good quality. Pronounced nose - cooked and dried forest fruit, smoke, thyme, savoury, earth, some game. Acidity balances the alcohol and helps keep it fresh, tannins and softened and well integrated into the whole. Long finish.
    Went beautifully with a Beef Tokány.

    November 26, 2019 - Pronounced nose - cooked and dried dark fruit, smoke, thyme, savoury, earth. Developing. High acidity, bringing nice freshness that helps to balanced the high alcohol (14.5% - not evident), rustic tannins, medium+ finish. You can drink it now but I’d suggest leaving it at least a couple more years to develop further.

    May 7, 2017 - Simbol of Hungarians red wine... Revealing strong character and power... But should definitely stay in the bottle for another 2-3 years to reach maturity... Predominant note of forest fruits and jam.
