July 25, 2023 - Burgundy Al you need to come to Colorado as you got a really bad hand. Just like my last bottle consumed in 2020 this one was delicious and true to form. While the initial taste was very indicative of a 19 year old bottle with slightly oxidative tinge, within 1/2 an hr this become cleaner and much more fresh and vivid. Lots of good sap from the old vines with baked apple and nice mineral. Really no complains here and this seems to be great for a mature PC Chablis. (my batch imported by KV Imports Maple Valley WA).

November 9, 2022 - Appears to be a victim of premox from the 2004 vintage. Down the drain. Unfortunate.

January 21, 2021 - Better than my previous bottle from one year ago, this was reasonably enjoyable for the first 30 minutes open, then quickly lost energy and weight.

(Domaine Vrignaud Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume Vieilles Vignes) Light yellow color; foucsed green pea, lime nose; okay, lemon palate, with that green pea note, a little flat; medium finish (poured blind, and that green pea note suggested '04)
