May 7, 2019 - Well balanced, crisp fruitiness with a bit of minerality. Citrusy, herbal, like Sauvignon Blanc but with the structure of ripe Chardonnay. Very good with sautéed chicken breast, and nice to linger over. Excellent summer wine.
