  January 15, 2020 - A fine bottle, S(y)ilvaner for me is a bit more harmonic than Riesling young, lower acid on the palate is the whole secret, but clearly german energetic white wine style, light- to midbodied, ripe green apples, pears, yellow stonefruit zest, some spring herbs, balanced mouthfeel with a still supporting acid, very good from now on, but no need to hurry, will last at least 5+ more years, **(*), around 89, 90(+)

  August 10, 2018 - Almost clear, barely lime yellow. The nose is very fresh, green apple, citrus, cold peach skin, a little herbs. The palate is riper apple and underripe exotic, with a tender spritz. The finish is fresh and broad, almost sweet, and quite long.

  June 16, 2018 - Light grapefruit on the nose. On the palate, white grapefruit, lemon and lime citrus, lychee, and strong mineral acidity. This bottle had a slight spritz indicating secondary fermentation. A second bottle didn't have the spritz, and showed a slight sweetness instead; both were excellent. This is an outstanding value at about $30.

  September 28, 2017 - One glass, brief note: very well structured, enormously powerful on the palate, herbs, some stonefruit, ending long and promising, still too young, to drink from 2018+, *(**+)
