September 25, 2018 - El nombre evoca los suelos blancos, fundamentalmente arcillo-calcáreos (Caillotes), sobre los que crecen las vides, en el pueblo de Chavignol, en la región vitivinícola de Sancerre. Viticultura ecológica. El vino se cría en contacto con sus lías durante 5 meses. Un sauvignon blanc al uso, con toques de menta fresca, fina tropicalidad y matices florales. En boca entra bien,. con unos impactantes amargos, notable acidez, bastante peso de fruta y muy buena longitud.

March 31, 2018 - Atractiva nariz en la que coexisten los matices de tipo tropical con alguna sensación vegetal, hay algo de "pis de chat" y algún matiz mineral en el fondo (tiza). En boca la entrada es buena, pasa fluido, con muy buena sensación de acidez, cítrico, salino por momentos, con estructura ligera y bastante persistencia. Muy disfrutable.
