January 18, 2024 - (Non-France) Pinot Noirs of North London (Must & Lees, Warren Street): Koch is one of my favourite German Pinot producers, and sure enough theirs was my favourite of the German Pinots. Clean, lean, crisp and just the right side of neutral on the nose. Fleet-footed sour cherry fruit on the palate, which was bright, elegant and quaffable. Didn't seem eight years old!

January 18, 2024 - TWS North London - Pinot Noir ex-France (Must & Lees, Warren Street): Cherry, iron, umami anchovy, a little pulpy sweetness. Silkily concentrated on the palate with sweet oak spice. Moderately concentrated cherry fruit on the palate, sharp acidity.

January 18, 2024 - Non-french Pinot Noir (Must & Lees, Warren Street): Very pale red, I do like these thin german pinots. Some may call them a bit weedy, but I find these very light and elegant wines very much to my taste. A touch of tobacco on the nose to go with the cranberry and alpine strawberries. Simple but a nice glass. I'd buy this at the right price, but despite being the same grape and on the spectrum that appeals it still isn't quite like Burgundy. Then again why do I try to compare everything to the Cote d'Or, it's not really a smart move...

May 13, 2023 - Capa baja, olor a tostado y varietal a Pinot. Cerrado al principio, necesita tiempo. Complejidad media en nariz. Agradable. En boca tiene todavía acidez, tanino muy poco presente. Muy correcto.

    December 27, 2022 - An Tag 1: karg, säuerlich, abweisend. Max 85
Am Tag 3: sehr schön mit fast süßlicher, wenn auch dezenter Frucht, jetzt 89-90.
    Hat eindeutig Potential
