  May 6, 2023 - At our daughter's wedding banquet at the Grand Hyatt hotel poolside ballroom. OWC from London. Capsule, cork and level all good. Decant 30 mins. Color mature cardinal. Nose was average. Hint of cigar, leather, currant and mild mineral. Balanced tannin and average after taste. Likely passed its prime but still a nice affordable vintage Bordeaux. Matched nice with crispy skin grilled pig, braised abalone with oyster sauce and crispy deep fried chicken. A lovely enjoyable evening.

  December 27, 2022 - My daughter 30th birthday dinner party of 12 at the Royal HK Cricket club. Direct purchase from UK, OWC and stored in HK for over 5 years. Decant for 30 mins. Cork and capsule were great and good level. Colour was surprisingly young and crimson. Nose was good and typical St Julian style finishes. Lack of some after taste but it did serve well with steaks, lambs and games. I think they had hit the peak. and couldnt develop any further. We opened 3 bottles. All 3 were very consistent in terms of nose and taste. I enjoyed them very much.
  
  The last bottle after 2 hours.. everything starting to fade and not holding together.
