August 30, 2023 - If you like a narrative white wine, you might like this one.

Sunrise gold. The nose oozes with toast, apricot, petroleum, ripe and sweet herbal notes (coriander?), pineapple and once again, petroleum. You can literally smell the accumulation of sunlight in the grapes.

Big, bone dry, vivacious, focused and rich. Like an NHL player. The racy acidity adds extra excitement and reminds me of a fresh Burgundy 1er Cru. This wine however comes with a gorgeous play of bitterness, which is so characteristic of wines from this fabulous winery.

    An overtime win. 95 points

October 20, 2017 - Dry Riesling bought at the estate. Strong acidity with citrus and apple dominating. Almost green in color with an indeterminate nose. Excellent for Czech wine, difficult to compete with German or American dry Rieslings.

    August 21, 2017 - 13,5% alcohol, 3,9 g/l residual sugar, 8,1 g/l acidity.

Quite intense lime green color. Although fruity, the nose seems also somewhat reticent and stuffy with vague aromas of citrus fruits, some candied sweetness and hints of white flowers. The wine is medium-bodied, bright and acid-driven with lively flavors of ripe apple, some spice, a little bit of white flowers and a hint of steely minerality. The finish is ripe but a bit dull and only medium in length with racy acidity and somewhat simple flavors of green apples and citrus fruits.

A drinkable but rather simple and one-dimensional Riesling that sails to create any interest (and AFAIK this is a "real" Riesling and not a Welschriesling). It shows good structure and pretty much varietal typicity, but not any depth, complexity or character. You can buy simple wines like these for a few euros from Germany. A disappointment.
