January 30, 2018 - Fairly acidic, not oaky as I expected.

January 16, 2018 - Fairly acidic nose of lemons & limes upon opening. Flavor of tart apples w/soft finish. Flavor not as acidic as initial nose. Opens to apricot. For such a young wine I was pleasantly surprised at how the flavor profile changed as the wine opened. The final flavor of melon & apricot was a pleasant enjoyable surprise. Nice w/fruit, Asiago cheese & ham slices for appetizer. Held up well to Crab Ragout entree.
