September 6, 2017 - Finger Lakes Vacation 2017; 9/4/2017-9/8/2017 (Finger Lakes, New York, USA): Tasted at the winery. Smokey red and purple fruits with black pepper accents. Fleshy flavors and textures from a fertile vineyard. Aging carried out in Hungarian oak. "Very good," 87/100, but poor QPR at USD$28.
