February 16, 2019 - Joli blanc fin et acidulé, avec ses notes de craie, de caillou, dans un registre salin et frais, droit et étiré. J'aime bien ce style assez pur, sur l'amande et le citron, les fleurs blanches, où le bois est fondu et la finale fraiche et tendue.
