June 3, 2020 - Fresh and lemon on the nose. And cleaner on the palate than most De Moor. With good depth and breath on the palate and nose.

February 2, 2020 - Nice, if perhaps a touch ripe for me. 12.5%

March 19, 2019 - Medium yellow. Golden apples, citrus peel, sea salt, candied nuts. Medium-light body, I done get the lemon biting acidity previously mentioned, I would say medium acidity at best. Citrus pith, green apples, chalk, lime peel - somewhat of a lingering finish.

February 9, 2019 - A bit more dark yellow than the de Moor Chablis wines. Fruit-driven nose with lemon, some white fruit and a tiny bit of toasted aromas in the background. Great mouthfeel! High acidity, like when you bite into a lemon. Fresh, some salt and a dry finish. A rather simple wine but very nice to drink.
