  December 20, 2020 - Excellent. So unique and absolutely of place. It’s difficult to describe the balance this strikes. It’s not comparable to anything directly. It’s charm is similar to that of a great chablis but the actual character of it is different. Excellent.

  June 27, 2020 - Another Covid-19 era wine from the-last-few-months where I didnt take any notes or date of consumption.
  
  This was very good and surprisingly fresh. Minerally, (as someone said earlier) somewhat saline. Went well with a broad range of spicy food over three days. Shockingly good value. I'll be in the lookout for more of this.

  February 22, 2020 - Wine Tasting Group - No Theme - Feb. 22, 2020 (My place): Always fun to revisit this wine. Ripe melon and apple aromas accompanied by flowers, mild pears and minerals. Palate with unripe pears, minerals, flowers. Creamy mouthfeel with nice acids. Lively and fun.

  January 19, 2020 - Great bottle. Saline, minerality, slight nuttiness, citrus. Went perfectly with a paella.

  April 20, 2019 - Another stunning wine from Envinate: lightly smoky with a Flint Minerality on the nose underlying apple blossoms, fresh fennel and lemon peel. The palate has high acidity and a fruity backbone of Granny smith apples and lemons together with briny notes like olives. Close to the end bitter almonds and some volcanic tephra
