  April 5, 2024 - Decanted 3.5 hours and it needed 1 more. Was better at the end than the beginning. Notes were nice, not incredible.

  January 16, 2024 - My lone bottle and PDAdams66 really hit all the high points. It was extremely smooth albeit lacked a little complexity. Really enjoyed this bottle as it tasted different than many of the typical Spring Mountain offerings that I have had in the past.

  December 4, 2023 - Deep dark center, red/purple rim, no significant signs of age.
  Sweet briar nose, cassis and plums, rosemary, cherries and vanilla.
  Smooth, plummy and black cherries, tannins and acidity present, toasty oak, quite drying on the finish, excellent slightly nutty end.
  Excellent SMV Cabernet, still quite young, I'd wait another 5 years for others, will go to at least 2029.

  April 3, 2022 - beautiful, but loss some fruit since the last bottle i had. Would say its at the end of its optimum window for drinking
