March 9, 2024 - Farge: Nokså tett, blåfiolett skjær
Duft: Noe tørr kjeller med ørlite hint av noe fruktig
Smak: Middels rundede tanniner. Noe slank kropp og litt tynn smak av kreke og muligens noe krekling. Foldet seg ut etter hvret og ble mye rikere og kraftigerre.
Dag 2
Duft: Hint av mørk frukt
Smak:Nesten hint av tørr lakris og noe krekling. Noe surkiresbær helt bakerst
God, jeg tror den er på sitt beste nå.
NB! Fin grums, må stå 4 dager før dekantering. -

Bouteille qui m'apparait très semblable à celle bue l'an dernier, c'est à dire avenante avec de l'éclat et une structure plus souple. J'imagine que la bouteille précédente devait être défectueuse même si son registre olfactif/gustatif ne me le laissait pas croire. Très bon. 89
