March 26, 2024 - Lemon and grapefruit with a mineral core. White peach and floral blossom. Very fresh and lively on the palate with minimal oak influence. Good note below.

November 25, 2022 - 醒酒半小时，淡柠檬色，闻香有青苹果，柠檬，酸面粉团和饼干香气，入口线性的高酸，结构坚挺，酸果和柠檬香气，后段植物的微苦绷紧酒体，余味面包的香气，口中白花的辛辣感持续，虽然酒体偏轻，酸度非常高，但酒液在口中的触感却包裹得不错，没有突兀的尖刺感。酵母味明显，瘦削风格的一支酒，口感和香气相对来说比较简单。

May 7, 2022 - Chalk, lemon pith, pear, jasmine, marzipan, and vanilla bean on the nose. This has subtle, deftly done wood. On the palate this has lost its baby fat since my last bottles. It's focused and chalky with good detail for this bottling. It's fresh, lifted, and graceful, if lacking the detail of the better bottling. More asian pear, citrus more than orchard fruit, delicate floral notes and chalk. Lovely and a solid showing. Finishes clean and mouthwateringly fresh. In an odd reversal of Euro-domestic similarities, texturally this reminds me of Marcus Goodfellow's Whistling Ridge Chardonnay. Really lovely and at peak. 91

July 25, 2021 - 375ml bottle at "le Millésime" restaurant in Chambolle-Musigny. nice acidity and length but the bottle had not finished yet to "eat" oak and its bitter notes.
