February 27, 2023 - Double decanted for one hour with. The wine opens up with too much vanilla coming from the oak and it’s high in acidity at this point. The fruit and tannins are pretty good, at this stage is a bit overwhelming but balance in the sense that it’s expected at this young age.
Time will convert this good wine into a great one…
