February 17, 2020 - Good darker red color. Will try and reobserve nose later. When opened 5 or 6 days ago, palate was earthy and ferric, less inviting than a previous bottle in 2018. Reopened tonight there was mild crunchy cherry, Earth and mineral. This is a textbook example of the wine aging into "Pinot Noir". Nothing wrong with that, I enjoy the more ferric and green fruit versions as well. In this case, definitely more enjoyable at the table than the rather more stern wine found on day one. Excellent.

October 18, 2018 - Nice dark red color. Pine, stone and earthy red fruit on the nose. Palate has lots of earthy iron and mild red fruit mixed with a healthy acid backbone. Very tasty and food friendly. Excellent.
