Community Tasting Notes 1

November 3, 2018 - 47% Petite Sirah, 44% Grenache, 9% Syrah. This is a pleasant drink. Blue fruits, pepper, a pleasant meaty quality. This isn't overblown or unrefined. It's got a sense of restraint and isn't overpowering. There's good acidity and, as you might guess, pretty potent back end structure, but the tannins are ripe and fine. This is a great steak wine and a most welcome change of pace.
