June 13, 2022 - Very fine and precise, lively acidity with great energy overall. Highly recommend.

Surprisingly opened and generous. For a 2011 no greenish notes. Ripe fruit notes. Some nuts. Not reached his peak but close. Nice drinking window. 95

Yet another bottle of Vénus Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs 2011 by Pascal Agrapart totally sways me away, and rather consistently.

A perfect specimen of Avize bubbly treasure, an immaculate combination of rye bread and toasted brioche with mousse of yellow stone fruits, playful and very balanced on the palate, fantastic depth and this everlasting charm.

Definitely the best Agrapart I’ve had, and a rare récoltant Champagne which it a true Grande Cuvée.

Bottled in May 2012, disgorged in January 2018.

November 4, 2020 - Desert Island Champagne right here. Rich and briochy, with vanilla, poached pair tones. Absolutely delicious.

July 25, 2020 - Drank after a Celebris 2002 which overshadowed it with age and elegance.
Venus has citrus and bright acidity, but needs more time when up against a 2002.
