December 12, 2019 - One of the classiest PB’s I have had in recent memory. I wish I had more. Bought in the tasting room 2 years ago and still digging it.

July 14, 2018 - Enjoyed over dinner at the Williams’ place, served with grilled shrimp and mango salsa appetizer and pan-seared halibut main course. Very good pairing with both dishes. The wine has subtle citrus (lime and grapefruit) notes, crisp and clean acidity, and a rich mouthfeel.

May 17, 2018 - Cotton and bright apple and citrus notes. The citrus follows through on the palate, with bright acidity. Crisp. Very nice.
