August 3, 2018 - 100% Grenache, I really enjoyed the tension between simplicity and complexity in this wine. Both tart (pomegranate) and ripe (cherry) red fruit, red flowers, herbs, with a little baking spice. Nicely balanced, with medium acidity, medium tannins and medium alcohol (13.2%). Whole cluster fermentation gives it an unexpected lift. Unfined, unfiltered yet very clean. Drinking well now and for at least a couple of years.
