January 27, 2024 - Truly beautiful wine. Decanted for about 30 minutes. Deep violet color in the glass. Lovely black fruits on the palate and evolved with some prominent chocolate and mocha notes with time in the glass. Very smooth with well resolved tannins and no hint of heat. Glad to have a few more bottles to enjoy over the next few years.

April 9, 2023 - Beautiful wine. 89% Syrah and 11% Mouvedre. Full bodied and smooth with no rough edges. 9 years in and sure it still has many years left to continue to evolve.

February 12, 2023 - Lovely wine. Integrated, and still young. Fruity nose with dark berries, and some blood - and dark chocolate. Good acidity. Well integrated tannins.

December 24, 2021 - A Christmas eve miracle. Went down to grab a 2015 Authenticity and found a couple of '14s that weren't in my CT. Enjoyed with mushroom and black truffle risotto this was another excellent wine from Epoch. Big aromas of blue and black fruits, oak and potpourri burst from the glass. Silky on the palate with blueberry preserves and good acidity.
