April 5, 2024 - This is an OMG Zin. Medium Viscosity, Deep garnet. Nose:spices and dark berries, chocolate. Incredible with grilled chicken, salad if spring greens, mango and an herb melange of fresh tarragon, parsley, mint, whispers of lavender.

February 21, 2021 - Bright & robust full on nose & mouth of dark berries. Amazing with BBQ Chicken with a tangy -onion- tomato-spicy Q-sauce, Cajun style. This baby has come into its own and will in all likelihood hold up well for a few years longer. Very enjoyable now.
