September 24, 2023 - Had a taste at PNP then decanted for 90 minutes. Oh how I wish I could have tasted this from the barrel. All that comes to mind is divine. Early on the wine presents such lush texture which integrates into a more balanced bottle, but it was really fun to experience it. Next came very rich but polished fruit which went on to echo repeatedly. Mr. Smith, I thank you for farming and creating this phenomenal work.

August 3, 2023 - Rich, delicious dark raspberry fruit with cherry flavors, excellent structure, long finish, needs 5 years

July 30, 2023 - Spectacular wine! Bold red and black fruit flavors, with a little vanilla, and a sensuous floral background. Smooth, with a long finish. Had this as a pop and pour, and it didn’t get to sit too long in the glass before it was gone!

July 1, 2023 - Drank from a magnum. Same note as before. Very decedent. Ready to go but better with time.

May 10, 2022 - Extraordinary! Drinking beautifully at this time. If you like the spunkiness of youth, it's all there. Balanced, palate coating and penetrating. Excellent concentration. Lots of dark fruit with blackberry and spice, and a touch of well integrated oak. Finishes greater than 10 seconds. Drink now and later!
