February 27, 2022 - Not as impactful as the first time I had, but truly quite excellent. I’m sad that this is my last bottle. Restrained and excellent balance of oak and fruit. Just enough acidity to make it all interesting. This started my love affair with Liquidity.

November 12, 2020 - Deep gold, full bodied with medium intensity aromas of golden delicious apple and a developing bouquet of butter and vanilla. A luscious mouth feel and notes of buttery caramel, ripe apple and honey. Fabulous wine, paired well with risotto with morel mushrooms. Drinking well now and should be consumed over the next couple of years in my opinion.
