  August 4, 2022 - Ouvert quelques heures d’avance, légèrement épaulé et laissé debout au frais. S’est mieux exprimé que la dernière fois grâce à l’aération. Fruits du verger mûris à point, bel équilibre, finale chablisienne.

  June 12, 2022 - Deep greenish, with a golden, brilliant core. The nose is quite expressive, first dominated by classic notes of green apples and lime, but also with a hint of vanilla (oak?) that comes with higher temperature in the glass. Not very much minerality on the nose, but some chalky tones may be detected (or maybe I'm just being fooled by knowing it's a Chablis...). Medium to full bodied, almost sweet attack on the palate, mostly reminiscent of yellow apples and peach, again complemented by a tone of vanilla. But what an acidity kicking in on the mid palate! Lifts the wine from the somewhat sweet mid part to a more classic Chablis finish where the chalky tone is easier to detect. Long, round and very pleasing right now, but will probably evolve positively for at least another decade (Diam 10 closure will ensure that), but is also perfect to drink now with some noble seafood. We had it with a "sole al la meuniere, and it was nothing short of brilliant.
